- Salary is below the industry average.
- No career growth if you are not a manager's pet.
- Most of the people managers are from out of town and more interested in real estate than the company.
- Old technology.
- No innovation.
I can write many, but I'm just telling you one thing: if you joined as a fresher, then be a manager's pet. If you joined as a lateral, then leave ASAP because managers are real hypocrites here.
