I suggest you join this company when you want to have a lot of free time for any personal reason, and when (IMPORTANT) you can totally ignore the toxic environment with its brown-nose members.
It has already been mentioned here that they hire over-educated or over-experienced people. But they also hire total beginners into positions that would require some basic competence in certain fields. This leads to a toxic environment with people having a lot of free time keeping it ongoing.
I do not really know what to advise. I already reported my problems to everyone who got in touch with my team or project.
Maybe this one: check who you hire, because you can easily ruin his/her career by bringing them to a clearly unsuitable environment for him/her. It also wastes your time and money, not only the employee's!
It was as easy as it is. The easiest interview I have attended so far.
Just a chat in Starbucks. The manager was so incompetent that she couldn't ask anything technical. The interview was a joke. I should have realized why the interview was so stupidly easy.
Pretty smooth. I applied through the job portal, and HR contacted me. This was followed by: * Two technical rounds * A manager round * An HR round Questions were based on previous experience and also included some puzzles.
