Unqualified management, unsocial working hours.
Low salaries.
No career incentives to give opportunities to move to a different peer.
Lack of vision from management.
Be prepared to break up with your personal life if you work in a technical role and forget about money.
Professionals with over 5 years in the company as MessSolv earning less than graduates.
Clearly, incentives for attrition.
Idiots at management are not reporting the reality about staff.
In Ireland, it's all about being part of the circle.
