Pros

Interesting product.

Cloud-based, with millions of users worldwide.

Advanced technologically, with many strong peers from whom you can learn.

Employees are treated with respect, and COVID-19 brought better work-life balance.

Cons

A big corporation issues:

In order to grow vertically, you need to be a politician and have strong friends in the company. Otherwise, you are limited to horizontal growth (switching teams) only.

Advice to Management

Use employee evaluation tools quarterly to give constructive feedback to your employees so they know where to improve and what they are missing in order to grow within the company.

Respecting your employees is very important, but letting them grow inside a company is beneficial for both sides.
