Massive amounts of training data, frequent tactical acquisitions of smaller companies.
Training material isn't well-organized (or well-organized content is overwhelmed by disorganized/stale content). Learning/progression for acquired staff is unclear.
The interview process consists of close to 7 rounds. Out of these 7 rounds, 3 are technical. I would give the interview process average complexity. It includes basic design pattern and programming-related questions.
The whole process is nice. The SAP employees are very friendly and will give you some tips if you get stuck. The whole process needs three or four rounds: two to three tech rounds and one HR round.
Just a chat in Starbucks. The manager was so incompetent that she couldn't ask anything technical. The interview was a joke. I should have realized why the interview was so stupidly easy.
