Good Compensation Good work-life balance Good vacation policy
Too much bureaucracy. Too slow to respond. Too much process.
Engineers are complacent and don't think outside the box (my experience for the past 2 years).
No career growth. People promoted based on seniority and not competency.
Management seems to think that throwing people at a problem always solves it and does not care about if the people have the correct skillsets for solving that issue. A few such people in a position of responsibility just derail or sidetrack projects and breed incompetency.
Cut the bureaucracy.
It's good to have global teams, but it's better to be smart about how to organize these teams to maximize efficiency. The current structure of just getting people from 10 different time zones working with each other on a daily basis is just insane.
A person with 10+ years of experience does not automatically mean that the person is good. We need a better way to weed out non-performers. Get some new blood and get rid of slackers.
There were 4 rounds. The first was an online test with basic programming skill questions. The second round was a face-to-face interview focusing on data structure questions. The third round covered architecture, and the fourth was an HR interview.
The interview process was straightforward. I received a call from HR to set up a virtual onsite. The only problem is it's been more than a month, and I still haven't received the results. I felt I did well in all the rounds. I followed up, but they
The first round is technical, where questions will be based on coding puzzles and algorithm design. The second round is the manager round. You will be asked to do database/class design for the problem and assess problem-solving skills. The HR round
