Excellent colleagues. Great talents, and a really high calibre of personable, friendly people.
Formerly good benefits package. The benefits package has lost most of its benefit since the pandemic started, with no replacement in sight.

Deadlines drive everything. More and more, it's not about doing good work, but about delivering something on time. Whatever compromises need to be made to achieve the deadline are acceptable.
Get some backbone and stand up for your employees.
Leadership in Ireland is more concerned with looking good with balanced books than they are with supporting their employees.
The story of the last year has been nothing but rhetoric from leadership, while doing the exact opposite in action.
Rhetoric: Leadership says they're going to invest in the employees. Reality: Benefits and pay increases are removed.
Rhetoric: Diversity and inclusion have never been more important. Reality: Top-level, top-talented women are fleeing the company, and the most visible events and positions are whiter and more male than they've ever been, even worse lately.
Rhetoric: Leadership pats themselves on the back for their response to the pandemic. Reality: Leadership actively declined to support their employees in working from home and revoked on-site benefits with no replacement.
Trust in leadership is at an all-time low. Broken promises and intentional miscommunication have become the normal way leadership communicates, and feedback channels have been increasingly closed.
The ill feeling is known, and rather than address it, leadership has actively tried to suppress feedback. If they want to get better, they need to start listening again.
