Being very business-process based, you will face many processes as an employee. Some may find this off-putting. A significant chunk of pay is bonus-based, and there are always a large number of people disappointed by the bonus approach, regardless of how transparently the goals are presented in advance. Small sites don't get the same perks as big sites.
