Great Culture, Slow Approvals
I really like their culture: a flat hierarchy. They treat interns and full-timers equally. Everybody can have their voice heard.
There are interesting and challenging tasks. Colleagues are extremely nice and professional.
Too corporate.
Some policies are bizarre. For example, it takes a very long time to get approval to use a library in production code.
