Good infrastructure and location, with various facilities.
Offers good benefits compared to other companies in the region.
Has flexible hours and most teams have a controlled pace, generally allowing for good work-life balance.
Depending on the team you join, there are great possibilities for international travel.
Excellent company for a first job.
It is a large company, therefore it has most of the negatives of one, such as bureaucracy, politics, etc. The starting compensation is average for the market, but adjustments are very small and slow, so your salary may end up being less than that of a newly hired employee over the years. The promotion policy is not at all clear and can depend on factors outside your team, most of the time not being very merit-based, but rather on the opportunity appearing at the right moment.
In general, teams work with old technologies or proprietary company ones. You will hardly be working with cutting-edge technology or innovations. Most of the technical work does not present great challenges, and the problems to be solved do not have much internal/external visibility.
It was pretty straightforward. Even though I couldn't get the job, after this interview I entered an intern-level position and was converted into an FTE after one year.
They called me and conducted an interview by phone. Then, we scheduled and completed a technical test. After being approved on the first two stages, we scheduled a final interview.
It's hard. We need to know at least one extra language. We need to be doing college. There are so many candidates. We met the workspace, and the interviewer spoke some good things about SAP.
