Stability (you will hardly be fired)
Opportunity to work on international projects
Opportunity to improve your communication skills
Opportunity to learn/improve a specific language
You can always try different roles within SAP, as long as you align this with your direct manager. For example, a software developer can try a Product Owner role on a small project and shift their career toward this new role.
Overall, SAP is a good company, especially for younger people such as junior or mid-level developers. However, after a few years, you may feel stuck.
Very slow career progression.
Salary is fairly good, but far below market value.
Too many company-related technologies will slow down your learning process.
You may not be able to work with your desired technologies.
Far too many processes that slow everything down.
Stability makes people kind of lazy. Since they know they won't be fired by just doing the bare minimum, they won't try to push themselves.
The company talks big about diversity and inclusion, but it is mostly about lower-tier employees. You won't see this at higher levels, such as management or the board.
SAP is still struggling to establish a good work environment for remote employees because it focuses too much on a hybrid environment.
Work-life balance can be an issue depending on the team you are working on, such as working during weekends.

They called me and conducted an interview by phone. Then, we scheduled and completed a technical test. After being approved on the first two stages, we scheduled a final interview.
