Great culture, amazing work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn new things and interact with other teams, amazing lunch program for Vancouver employees, and friendly people.
Pay needs to remain competitive for employees that have stayed at the company for a long time. There are companies in the area that offer a considerably higher salary. The only reason I would leave SAP is because of higher pay.
