Only good for food and social culture
Many cafes with high-quality food, coffee, and social culture with colleagues.
A very traditional company with a lot of older people of a traditional mindset. There are no flat hierarchies. It's still very male-dominant and has a very aggressive and toxic work environment. Many employees have mental health issues and experience burnout. People stick with the company because of the social status that comes with the company name and the package that includes cars and home loans. It would be better if people stayed with a software company because of the technologies, products, and work culture.
Instead of forcing people to adapt and make them unhappy, give them more freedom. Promote young and competent managers. Simply because someone has been in the company too long does not mean he/she deserves a management position.
