Overall, it was a rather relaxed atmosphere. The boss wore a Hawaiian shirt (hot summer day). There were detailed technical questions; otherwise, it was a casual conversation, including about various general topics.

Very good employer.

Pros: What I like most is the open company culture. The doors are always open if you have questions, and everyone uses "du" (informal "you") with each other.
In addition, there are plenty of benefits, such as:
* Free lunch
* Company car including fuel card (even for developers)
* A very large sports offering
Cons: The only thing that bothers me is that you cannot accumulate overtime, but can only use it as time off in lieu. The bonus is barely at 100% despite record years.

Don't know German, don't bother looking at SAP

Pros: Work-life balance is very good. Ability to have flexible timing.
Cons: If you're not German, SAP is not the place to work. Oftentimes, foreigners have faced hostilities from all around. Although there's a lot of sermonizing about SAP being an equal opportunity employer, it's all hogwash. If you don't speak German, don't bother looking at the company.
