A good company and a serious option to consider!
Friendly company culture, valuable facilities.
Salary in terms of paid cash isn't very attractive and competitive. The performance assessment isn't valued and emphasized enough either. Almost all employees receive the same amount of salary increase every year.
Please reconsider the performance assessment system. Equality isn't fair. Everyone brings a specific level of quality, knowledge, and passion to the work and shouldn't be treated like everyone else.
