Process
I applied online and received a call within two weeks. The people were nice, and I felt comfortable very quickly.
They asked questions in Java, Python, and JavaScript, most of which I could answer. Later, they increased the difficulty level, and I was also able to answer those questions.
By the end of the interview, they said it went well and I had done well. They mentioned I could expect a response within a few weeks.
I waited for almost a month before deciding to ask for a response. They replied, stating it would need more time. After another three weeks, tired of waiting, I asked for their response again.
I have not yet received a response.
Overall, the interview was good, but the process afterward is taking too much time.

The headquarters buildings are old and look like an average university inside, as opposed to all these new and shiny IT companies. Sometimes I get a feeling SAP is stuck in the 90s. And again, facilities - why is there almost no one clearing the office? They vacuum probably once a week or month.
