Autocratic and Selfish Management - After acquisition, it is "I" and not "WE" from Indian leaders

I have been working here for 2 years but am slowly seeing technically strong people hired earlier leaving. Hiring standards have gone down drastically.
Good products and great customers. But I miss the company I joined.
Poor facility. Security doubles up as facility staff and tries to police. There's no transport for employees. There's no democracy and always double standards.
Favoritism prevails and succeeds. Regionalism is at its peak. Not recommended.
Stop favoritism and open your eyes. Provide better facilities, a better work environment, and a better place for employees. Hire technical managers and technical stalwarts rather than friends.
