Very good work-life balance.
Work doesn't keep you very busy, so it's a good place if you want to pursue any external interests, hobbies, or goals.
Good brand value for your CV.
Tendency to get locked in comfort zone too easily. Un-challenging work many times. Bureaucratic decision making. Difficult for career growth due to size of organisation. Too many re-orgs. Less importance to employee's career growth.
Keep employee numbers small. Hire higher quality people. Invest in employee's career growth, not just in terms of comforts, but in making them more valuable to the company. Decrease the number of managers significantly.
