Not really much to say here. There are some unique benefits, but they are vastly outweighed by the inferior management here.
This is specific to La Crosse, as I have little experience with other offices:
- Managers who are not qualified for their position.
- Coworkers discouraged from working together.
- Interaction between employees is like being in grade school again.
- Little reward for hard work.
- No work-life balance.
- Difficult to be promoted because the senior manager is stuck in his position because he is unpromotable.
