Pros

Free lunch. That’s pretty much it.

Cons

This company runs on German nepotism, led by its dear leader Hasso.

If you are okay with executives running business units for which they are completely unfit, you belong here.

It’s the lowest-paying company in the Bay Area, but the work is so painfully easy that you can coast to retirement here.

My total compensation is double what it was at SAP after leaving.

Advice to Management

Mannheim Business School and Hasso Plattner Institute are not the only places top-level executives are built.
