Generally more relaxed work-life balance, decent company culture, and good flexible benefits.
All of those pros used to be much better. The company execs have really started to show their true colors with forced RTO, layoffs, bad decisions, and overall decreased morale, enthusiasm, and faith in the company.
It doesn't pay as much as others in Silicon Valley.
Listen to workers and what they actually want. Stop lying that you care about these things, and then three months later, force RTO and layoffs.
