Tons of benefits that you would expect from an MNC. Good work-life balance.
Takes a long time to promote.
I took a skills assessment test. It was a mix of technical and behavioral interview questions. The questions were of medium difficulty; however, I found their IDEs hard to work with, and their platform was very unintuitive.
The interviewers were friendly. I had fun chatting with them. The office was pretty cool as well, featuring a pantry and an open space to work in. The people and the place were awesome. I also had a walk-through of SAP.
Assignment at the office and tech questions. The people were very nice, and the whole process was very direct. First, they ask a couple of easy tech questions, then you need to implement something.
