Unfortunately nothing. They advertise with free food & Co, but in return the annual salary is lower compared to the industry. You have to go along with everything, even if you don't have a contract for it. Otherwise you will be shot down.
Xenophobic. SAP advertises with internationality, but when you look at the company, you hardly see any foreigners. Foreigners are deliberately excluded. In my opinion, SAP has a racism problem, but this is also the case with many other German companies.
