Looks good on a resume since it's known.
Hard to move up without leaving or switching teams.
The process began with an initial HR screen via email. Candidates were then given an online assessment with two easy-to-medium difficulty questions. The final round was an onsite interview at the office, which included coding and technical question
They asked about my resume, the projects, their size, and brief descriptions of two of them. They asked about principles of OOP and an example. They asked about kinds of testing. They also asked me to design a recursive algorithm.
Interviewed in mid-November, it's mid-January now and I still haven't heard back. I understand I did not get the job, but a professional closure would have been nice. (I even asked for an update and still nothing.)
