Their salary is a bit lower than other companies of the same size.
Raise the salary bar a bit and keep doing what you are doing.

Frontend Developer
There were two technical interviews. The first one was conducted by fairly inexperienced frontend developers. The second one was conducted by an experienced person. Afterwards, there was an interview with two managers.
