- I have worked in two teams so far, and both of them had awesome people in them.

- Maybe a bit lower cash in comparison to other companies in the region.
- Fast changes, sometimes difficult to track.
- LoBs as separate small kingdoms, not always rowing in the same direction.
- Convince, incentivize LoBs to act more as one SAP.
