Pros

Good company that gives sufficient independence for remote work and contributes to IT projects. Micromanagement of work product exists, but good developers will earn the trust of the company for long-term projects and teamwork on such projects.

Cons

Not many formal training or advancement opportunities unless work is onsite, regional office, or headquarters. Lack of information on how AI will affect the future of work in such a setting.

Advice to Management

Better communication about future directions for various roles and workers within the company, and the role of AI in the future and stability of such work, would be warranted for company morale and certainty.
