I applied online. The process took 1+ week.
I applied directly, and HR contacted me very quickly. HR was responsive and scheduled an initial call right away. After that, I moved on to the hiring manager (software architect) stage. That interview was disappointing. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended after about 10. I only spoke for maybe 5 minutes, and the rest of the time the architect answered a few of my questions. It honestly felt like the decision had already been made before the meeting.
