Process
I had a phone screen with the recruiter, and he scheduled an interview with the team. However, no one joined the meeting.
I had taken time off from work to attend and expected at least a cancellation notice if the meeting couldn’t take place.

Fascinating projects but demands flexible hours
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Austin, TX
April 21, 2026
Pros: Open work culture and extremely fascinating projects to work on. Fast paced and allows for ownership.
Cons: A startup-like structure that forces you to bend your 9-5 schedule and maybe work extra on the weekends.

Chaotic but not yet worrying
Systems Software Engineer • Current Employee
Austin, TX
December 24, 2025
Pros: Lots of room to grow in experience and responsibility. Great comp and benefits. Open to new ideas. Free lunch. Bleeding edge vibe coding adoption.
Cons: Priority whiplash and poor communication can lead to intense crunch. Pressure to deliver, cultural openness to AI coding tools, and a small developer-to-deliverable ratio can result in a lack of technical growth, such as not learning to code and instead learning to manage Claude, or not getting a lot of design-level feedback.
