Take-home assignment, phone screen, 4 rounds of on-site. The recruiting process is efficient, but it seems like a mess, as I ended up interviewing exclusively with people from a different area of expertise (all CV) than mine (NLP), which affected me in one of the rounds.

Pros: Lots of growth. Company does everything quickly like growing. I have a lot of responsibility and I think most people do too. Great impact.
Really smart but also nice coworkers. No bs culture. People are intellectually honest.
People work very hard (I work around 50 hours a week) but it is easy to work from home or take time off if I need to. Really nice office, great food and benefits.
Cons: Typical engineering pains for a high growth company.
Some people overreact or are too emotional. For a lot of people here, Scale is their first job.
