Pros: - Smart and hardworking people
- Many opportunities to work on high visibility, and mission critical projects
- The company is getting large, but the scrappiness and passion are still very much alive
- The company is doing really well and is not that affected by the current market downturn
Cons: - WLB is not comparable to FAANG (40 hours on normal weeks, more when there are important deadlines) though engineering/product is somewhat shielded from the worst. RIP ops.
- Management/leadership can be quite junior/green, though external hiring has helped a lot recently.
- Priorities shift a lot and very quickly, so be prepared to switch gears fast.

Pros: I really wish I could say there were some pros, but this was the worst place that I ever have worked at. Having been at FANG companies most of my life, this was a real shock.
Cons: Management;
Confusing direction from CEO;
Unclear objectives;
Lacking real tech - it is basically an outsourcing company.
