Awesome company that is a great place to work with good WLB.
It is sometimes stressful, but besides that, very solid.
The process was a recruiting call and an online assessment to basically build a task scheduler. - Step 1: Build a basic scheduling service and return the next best task to be worked on. - Step 2: Introduce task dependencies. - Step 3: Handle scaling
Clear expectations, thoughtful questions, and a collaborative tone. It covered system design, coding, and behavioral rounds. Interviewers were sharp but kind. It ultimately wasn't the right fit, or I would have taken it.
Recruiter Call: They didn’t take any time to really describe the role at all, even though I was the one getting the cold email from their end. They asked me to talk about my qualifications for the majority of the “chat” (definitely just an interview)
