The process was a recruiting call and an online assessment to basically build a task scheduler.
- Step 1: Build a basic scheduling service and return the next best task to be worked on.
- Step 2: Introduce task dependencies.
- Step 3: Handle scaling and edge cases.

- Practice incremental development.

Pros: I have enjoyed my time at Scale so far. The interview process was friendly and fast, and the culture is really good. Engineers here are hardworking and collaborative. I highly recommend it.
Cons: Some documentation and processes are a little untidy, but not by too much, which is to be expected of a quickly growing company.
