I started with a call from the hiring manager, and then proceeded to a phone screen and an onsite round. In general, questions are not algorithm-heavy but heavily emphasize implementation skills.

Recruiter Call: They didn’t take any time to really describe the role at all, even though I was the one getting the cold email from their end. They asked me to talk about my qualifications for the majority of the “chat” (definitely just an interview)
