I interviewed in Bangalore in February 2017. The interview process was a little long.

They asked me to fill out a form with personal details and my resume.

People were called in. There were five rounds.

The interviewers were funny and helpful. The HR was nice.

Round 1

• Sort hashmap by values.
• Print matrix in spiral form.
• Given an array with 'n' numbers and a number 'p', find if the sum of a subset of numbers in the array equals 'p'.

Round 2

• Projects

Round 3

• Monty Hall Problem.
• In an array, find the length of the longest increasing sequence. For example: Array {10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5}. There are two sequences: 10, 11, 12 and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. The answer would be 5. Write recursive as well as iterative code.
• Javascript theory questions.

Round 4

• There are two databases, A (stage DB) and B (production DB, used by clients). You have to transfer 2 billion data from A to B in less than 10 hours. How?
• Also, there is a refresh planned every two weeks. 2 billion records are transferred every two weeks with no downtime. How would you ensure that clients do not face any interruptions during the refresh?
• Java/Javascript theory questions.

Round 5

• Director round.
• Why ServiceNow? Why Hyderabad? Family backgrounds, etc.
• Compensation discussion.
