Only took the initial interview.
The Manager didn't read my resume. In the last five years, I've been a QE architect and a manager. He couldn't tell me what technology his teams were using and didn't know the QA strategy. The only thing I got out of the interview was that the Manager was quite excited for his career and his company's growth.
I was called by HR to come in for a second interview. I declined and explained that if one of my people interviewed someone like that, they would be pulled from representing my organization and retrained.
Totally unacceptable.
