This was four rounds, but I got rejected in the third (the technical managerial round). I couldn't understand why I was rejected, even though it seemed to be going well. The interviewer wasn't mature enough to conduct the interview; she didn't know how to conduct it. She was laughing with her colleagues and also busy with her work. She wasn't responding properly.

Whatever she asked me, I gave her the perfect answer. But, simply, they rejected me. If the company reviews that interview session, they will see how it was conducted. Why are these big companies doing this? Just playing with our brains and confidence levels.

Please don't do this.

The recruiters are not responding when I'm trying to get detailed feedback (the reason). If I knew the reason, I would change for the future. I know no one will give a response because they know what they did to me.
