Pros: Management of my team is wonderful, from the high level down through middle levels. Salary is quite competitive. Quarterly bonuses rather than annual. Casual environment. Peer support is wonderful in the teams I work with.

Cons: The San Diego office is located in a congested area, creating a moderately tough commute to and from many areas. Multiple teams create projects with limited communication, which means that your code may break because of changes from another team.
