Pros: With respect to work-life balance, this would be the best company. This does not mean that there is no work here; there is plenty of work, and you will be given an option to plan your work and life. You will be supported.
* Good share in equity to employees.
* Good hikes.
* Good respect for employees, and their opinions are taken into consideration.
Best company for all individual contributors if you have a growth mindset. Most of the people here are humble.
Cons: Sometimes, democracy kills meritocracy.
Too much people orientation makes it difficult for managers to manage teams. As companies grow, getting things done becomes slower. You will not get the latest tech stack to work on, or you will not find a bunch of people who are hungry to achieve something.
