The first interview was behavioral with the manager, followed by a technical interview, and then a panel technical interview.
I was ghosted after that.
I followed up with the recruiter a couple of times, but had no luck.

2. Best work culture.
3. Good compensation.
4. Easy reach to everyone. You can reach out to anyone if you are facing any issues or concerns.
5. Friendly environment. We enjoy working here.
6. Lots of games, outings, and fun activities (of course, not during COVID; we do online gaming and parties).
Cons: Haven't found any in my one and a half years of journey.

Pros: 1. Liberty to work on different things
2. Evening snacks
Cons: 1. Service Catalog team
2. Biasing and favoritism among employees; they generally pick one person from the team and give that person regular promotions, leaving others behind.
3. Don’t give hikes unless you fight for them, and they try to give you a hike if you show them offers from other companies.
4. Only care about the development of one person in the team.
5. Helpless behavior in culture.
