Pros: You learn as much as you seek. Good managers won't pressure you. Hikes and all are based on your performance. They take feedback seriously and reflect on it as much as possible.
Cons: The tech stack was rigid. But now with GenAI, it's changing rapidly, though. So, not much for cons.
