I applied through LinkedIn and received a call for a technical phone interview. I really enjoyed the interview! The interviewer kept guiding me and redirecting me whenever I was heading in the wrong direction while solving a problem, but he went very deep into how that particular collection is implemented.
After that, I didn't hear anything from them. I reached out to all three people: two recruiters who arranged the screening and the person who conducted my interview. None of them bothered to respond.
Even if the position is on hold or I am not selected, they could at least say so. This is unprofessional behavior after preparing so hard for the interview and going through the process.
I wish Glassdoor had an option for "on hold" or "no response" for an interview. I can't say that I am selected/rejected.
