I have interviewed two times for two different teams.
At the beginning, each team manager will directly contact you about the position via email.
I have faced situations where these managers did not reply to my emails.
- One manager did not follow up after the phone interview.
- Another manager did not follow up because I was not available on the two dates he provided.
I think they are probably busy. If they are not interested in you, you will never hear back from them.
