Process
I interviewed at ServiceNow in Dec 2021.
First, there was a recruiter screen that was about 20 minutes. Then, a technical interview with three engineers followed, where they asked about projects and gave you a coding question.
The engineers were all extremely nice, and the interview didn't feel intimidating despite there being three interviewers.
Questions
It was a systems design question; they just wanted to see how I would flesh it out, and gave me suggestions along the way.
