Pros: Culture: Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. My intern project was clearly defined, yet I wasn't hand-held through the process. The intern events were incredible, despite it being a remote internship. There was chocolate tasting, pasta making, and so much more. They also sent a ton of goodies in the mail, which were fun to receive! ServiceNow also really cares about work/life balance. They instituted half-day Fridays for the summer months for the entire org, where we still got paid for a full workday even though we only worked half.

Cons: None that I can think of. The codebase is rather huge, so it takes a while to onboard, but that is to be expected at such a large company.

Pros: Good compensation and interview process

Cons: Bad management, old tech stack

Pros: People, benefits, pay, work-life balance.

Cons: Stressful deadlines, last-minute changes.
