First interview:

Two interviewers.
They gave me questions on paper and 15 minutes to solve them, followed by data structures questions.

Second interview:

Some Java questions.
Some classic algorithms questions.
Questions about graphs.

Questions

Find the second biggest element in an array (one pass).

Find the height of a tree.

Describe a data structure that can work with a function that, given a range (a, b), returns all numbers in the data structure that fit within this range.

Pros: ServiceNow treats its employees like gold. Benefits are excellent, and working conditions are very favorable. The product is great, customers love us, and the company is stable. And best of all, they have a strict no-jerk hiring policy, which means your colleagues are just super nice people and a pleasure to work with.

Cons: The interview process is excruciating, but bear with it; it's worth it. Management has drunk the woke Kool-Aid and can be very annoying with their non-business-related political stances, but it's easy enough to ignore that crap and just focus on your immediate work environment and being productive.

And best of all, they have a strict no-jerk hiring policy, which means your colleagues are just super nice people and a pleasure to work with.

Cons: It's a big corporation, and things can move very slowly. The hiring process itself is excruciating, but with good reason. They need to be sure that the people they hire are not just technically good, but also don't have personality issues. It's a California-based business, and they can be infuriatingly woke. If you just ignore the DEI racism and focus on your job, it's fundamentally a good company.
