Pros: Good company culture. Folks are willing to help and instruct new hires. WLB is reasonable, but can pick up near release deadlines. Compensation is decent for the location, and improves a lot with annual RSU refreshers.

Cons: The tech stack is a bit outdated and monolithic. Some doubts around technical leadership at times.
