I was invited for a one-hour onsite interview. I had a neutral experience with the manager, but a very bad experience with one of the team members. There was no communication, no talking, and no explanation. The interviewer repeatedly asked a vague question, which honestly I don't think they understood either. I tried to get clarifications and define initial parameters, but all I received was the repeating question. I had to assume the inputs and confirm with the interviewer before writing. After I finished, the interviewer proposed totally different inputs that could have been provided at the beginning during our discussion, and I was blamed for not asking questions to get the correct input.
What a hilarious interview. It was a total waste of my time. I've interviewed with over 20+ leading tech companies, and only Walmart Labs can beat this experience in terms of how bad it is. And here's a tip: they definitely show preference if you are from a particular country.
