The interview was soft-spoken and nice, but the candidate didn't seem to understand time complexity. They kept stating it could be done in O(N), although no such solution appears to exist. I Googled after the interview and confirmed my initial assessment.

Pros: On-boarding and organization ramp-up are very well organized. The first 90 days of training are very focused on processes, product, architecture, technology, etc.
