Good company, bad policies
Good work-life balance, at least in the team that I worked with. Good business outlook considering the growth.
Management is not well trained and seems to act without a plan a lot of times.
There was a policy introduced that they have to put a minimum percentage of team members in below-average baskets. This is so predatory; it decreases team collaboration as everybody starts competing with one another.
It can be one of the best employers in India if they get their game right and employ people who know how to make huge impact teams rather than just increasing headcount.
